Design Ground 55 designed another soba restaurant, Shuhari Osaka, in the Mitinomu district of Tanachi, Osaka. The Japanese restaurant Shuhari serves soba noodles, a traditional Japanese meal. The entire preparation and cooking process is shown to the customer, from grinding to preparing the paste to cooking. Since the whole approach is traditional, traditional building techniques are used through the restaurant and even its garden, which accounts for about 30% of the total area of the project.
