Paisana is a healthy-bistrot concept, homemade food based on local products, which opens its first restaurant in Marbella with the idea of continuing its expansion in the near future. The restaurant is located in a space with panoramic views facing the mountain of La Concha and the sea. The restaurant includes a kiosk that serves the outdoor terrace. Materials that evoke the earth and the countryside have been used, also providing details that brings the concept closer to a bistrot.
The client requested that the kitchen be fully exposed and closely connected to the dining room. There is a longitudinal bench around the room, so there are few customers at the dining table without the view. This is a restaurant focused on serving breakfast and full meals, so it had to have a more casual look with some detailing to ensure it never loses its connection to the Bistrot concept.
As already explained, these materials bring people closer to the land, countryside and agriculture to embrace the concept of Paisana, which seeks to offer quality dishes using always fresh and local products. Authenticity is key to this concept, which is why all materials are handcrafted and displayed in the most natural way possible.
