A vibrant minimalist apartment in Sao Paulo, Brazil, designed by local designer Flipe Architecture. The living room, kitchen, dining room and balcony work together to bring the apartment to life. Flipe Architecture created a welcoming atmosphere for friends, creating a vibrant apartment for the couple living inside. Once inside the apartment, the entire social area is visible against a large green wall, with all the technology and equipment mimicking the white panels designed for it. The whole project was designed by the designer, including locksmiths and woodwork. Flipe Architecture created important elements in the project, such as a gray wooden frame to house the kitchen and home theater, and a metal panel staircase mixed with a double-height metalwork bookcase. There's also the unpredictable two-tone wooden stair board with built-in handrails that leads to a second walkway that includes a closet. Through these details, the project addresses continuity, unity, and versatility, which are important principles of the office.
