BlR Apartment is a one-bedroom Apartment designed to provide a place to relax with family and friends. Although it is only one bedroom, it has a large space, so it can accommodate more people. Grain Design Office designed the apartment in a minimalist style. There is no obvious color contrast in the space, but there is a comfortable color variation.

Leather and suede sofas, paired with woolen carpets, bring a soft touch to the living room space. The open-plan integral kitchen island and fully closed kitchen create a strong sense of calm. The combination of a unified design language and continuity of materials, such as onyx natural stone and wide teak flooring from the living area to the bedrooms, creates a strong spatial experience.

The use of wood floors and wooden furniture brings a natural atmosphere into the interior, while the undulating and varying textures of the marble add interest to the whole space. The interior is illuminated in warm colors to give the house a warm feeling. The corridor that moves towards a room by the sitting room, because of the combination stacking of body block the strewn at random relation that produces had administrative levels feeling.
