House of Grey has taken over an elegant townhouse in north London and used it to showcase the work of emerging local and international designers, artists and producers. Their work, Louisa Grey House, was carefully curated by the designer, with a focus on handwork and natural materials, resulting in a warm, elegant and composed result. This will undoubtedly be an ideal home for all.
As she explores what she calls "soft Scandinavian style," she hints at what the next big trend in interior design might look like. As she has said before, the current focus on patterns of light and noise is merely a reaction to the precarious state of politics. But that too will pass, and will be replaced by a new, heavily textured look that focuses on comfort and warmth, with a return to more traditional neutral tones, complemented by blues and a variety of greens.
In Louisa Grey House, the studio added warm tones to the interior. A large area of glass window is designed in the living room, which can bring more light into the room. The introduction of bonsai makes the whole space with a feeling of returning to nature, improving the atmosphere.
