Designed by architect Kengo Kuma with a large roof, the Nezu museum has two floors above ground and one below ground. The building area of the museum is now twice as large as before, about 4,000 square meters.
From the entrance to the hall, and then in the space connected with it, there are not only special exhibition halls, but also six different exhibition halls in accordance with the collection of paintings, bronzes, tea bowls and other fine arts temperament. While maintaining the quiet and elegant image of the museum, it creates a space for colorful display.
The exhibition hall is equipped with state-of-the-art exhibition facilities for the purpose of introducing exquisite ancient artworks such as silk and paper. The lighting inside the window is all LED and luminous fiber. 80,000 leds create a comfortable light environment, and the brightness of the light can be adjusted according to the display.
