Masquespacio was commissioned by chef Sergio Giraldo to design La Sastreria, a restaurant in Valencia, Spain. The design was originally inspired by the dreams of chef Sergio Giraldo and bartender Cristobal Bouchet. As with many of Masquespacio's projects, the aim is clear: to satisfy the fantasy of a group of young entrepreneurs who want to offer a new culinary and sensory experience in Valencia.

La Sastreria is divided into three parts, with a main reference to Sergio's food. Thus, in the first part one can find a bar that highlights the community itself, not only through its architectural references but also through its neighbors and their way of life. This is how it represents what Valencia called "Tomar la Fresca" behavior, in which neighbors take chairs out into the street on the hottest days and gather with other neighbors for parties. Masquespacio trying to recreate the custom of Canyamelar -- the inhabitant of an indoor cabin -- by reinterpreting the plastic chairs that people usually bring to the street.
