Studio Fragment is an independent creative team based in Seoul, Korea, who are adept at describing spaces in metaphorical terms and believe that a fragment is not just a part, but a part that allows the user to connect to the whole. By examining connectivity, usability and the connections between spaces and items, the ideal atmosphere for the space is provided.

Cafe Tide Water is a cafe where natural and earthy elements are used to create the atmosphere of the space. In the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city, the interior of the cafe is designed to look like a rustic cottage, giving it a homelike feel where customers can feel relaxed.

This coffee shop is different from the common coffee shop, it does not have clear walls and glass Windows to separate the inside and outside. Instead, it adopts a push-pull sliding door structure, which can be opened or closed according to the need, so as to minimize the boundary between the inside and outside.

When the movable door is opened, the cafe is perfectly integrated into the block and becomes an interesting part of the block. People walk into the cafe as if they were entering a garden space in the neighborhood. When closed off, the space is semi-enclosed so that people inside or outside can still see each other.
