Chengdu Anxinrui, a technology company engaged in the production of optical crystals and LED products, has reserved an exhibition hall in front of the factory and workshop; YDS took over and created different venues in the limited space of the exhibition hall Domain, in the scenes of various themes, the development and feelings of light, the history and contribution of lamps are displayed one by one, and the exhibition hall design is divided by curved surfaces without separation, providing an immersive light and shadow experience for visitors.

Waves - Sounding the shore

A showroom with lighting is born with the attributes of art and beauty. It is not only a showroom, but also an art gallery and museum about lights and light.

How to lay out the history and past of light in such a venue, and how to better integrate the exhibits with the space, the best answer is given at the entrance of the exhibition hall, along the sandy beach with layers of gyrations. From the beginning of the light of the sun and the moon to the exploration of drilling wood for fire, the history of light and lamps has gone through the development of fire, oil to electricity; kerosene lamps to incandescent lamps, fluorescent lamps to LED lamps, which is not only the development of lighting tools, but also the long journey of human beings in their continuous search for light.

Taking the waves of this long river, the designer uses the twisting and turning water marks to tell the vicissitudes and heaviness of history. Visitors and viewers, with the intention to explore, winding paths and slowly enter the story of light and light.

Passing - A Long Walk

As a showroom of a lighting company, commercial product display is indispensable. The designer discarded the monotonous long rows of pendulums and frames, and used mini art pendulums as the base to place the exhibits, and folded the progressive backdrop to combine functionality and aesthetics; meanwhile, the curved walls around the showroom were created with the gardening technique of opening round windows, complemented by the elegant symbols of oriental art, presenting the penetration of humanism and sentiment, and also forming the written atmosphere of roaming past.

History needs to be perceived and the past needs to be felt. Between the fusion of rings and rings, light and shadow are dancing, a thousand miles away, seemingly without mountains or water, but with thousands of mountains.

Eyes - Gazing Back

In the area of LED display, the designer converges the focus with the intersection of curves and the design of the central axis, and the center island design also makes the practicality and display greatly enhanced and more convenient for various self-help touch screen operation experiences.

The whole exhibition hall has a central axis, each curved layout contains a window, and in each window, there is a hidden string of light and shadow. This sense of crossing from the mirror to the bottom, with order and unity, all in this point, brings the viewer a deeper level of exploration and perception.

Looking forward and looking back, discerning or pondering, where the gaze reaches, is the ability to reach. The history and future that can be seen are within the grasp of the viewer, and can be enjoyed.

Time and Space - Vividly

The interplay of light and shadow light and dark, the layers of irregular curved porch, to create a sense of technology and art at the end of the promenade. The large area of white space, with a clean and simple design language, highlights the deep and distant roaming path, and also allows the visual focus to finally linger on the light.

The moon hollowed out on the wall rises as the only protagonist in the space. In the moment of time and space, do you know that the present moon has also shone on the ancient people?
