MOJIE Restaurant

Only the mountains and forests are the most beautiful in the garden, View with peaks and valleys, curves and depths, steep and suspended with flat, forming a natural charm that is not artificial—— "YuanYe"( The Craft of Garden)

The project is located in Shenzhen Futian One Avenue Zhuoyue Center. The category of Mojie restaurant is hot pot of wild mushroom, which is characterized by Yunnan wild mushroom and Xizang Motuo stone pot. Mountain is not only the brand spirit of MOJIE restaurant, but also its core brand symbol. 1-CUBE Studio takes "urban mountains and forests" as the concept, combines brand symbols with Eastern garden aesthetics, and explores the presentation of traditional culture in the contemporary context.

Space is not just a visual object, but also a physical experience. The designer creates space through garden techniques, using borrowed scenery (distant borrowing, adjacent borrowing, upward borrowing) and framing techniques to create an open and transparent visual angle and flow pattern, as if walking between colonnades.

Details: The prototype of the wall lamp on the pillar comes from the traditional night light in residential buildings, where people place candles in small niches for windproof.

The spatial color is mainly earthy, The places in sight are fresh and elegant, like freehand landscape paintings. The mountain stands tall and straight, the wood is curved and soft, with Yin and Yang, one static and one moving, forming a mutual dependence. Dining in the mountains, chatting by the forest, providing diners with a space from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The inspiration for private rooms comes from Qiu Ying's painting "Lu Tong Cooking Tea", which extends three viewing angles through the relationship between mountains, windows, screens, and people, serving as the concepts of three private rooms: overlooking mountain, seeing mountain, and searching for mountain. The first two are private rooms, while the overlooking mountain private room create a panoramic view through small window, the seeing mountain private room creating a sense of excitement when seeing the mountains to appear vividly. The Xunshan (searching for mountain) private room is semi open and will accommodate two different tables of guests. The use of screen partitions creates a semi concealed feeling, while also providing privacy for different guests.

Individual guest rooms create a sunset-like atmosphere, from the lush greenery of the mountains and forests by the window to the dense glow of the private room, creating different atmosphere experiences under the changing time.
