Milmila is a 140 m yoga project in Seoul, South Korea, designed by local interior design studio 100A Associates. The program is a space prepared by Sei Kim, a Yoga master from South Korea, to train in yoga. At the end of the hill, through the center of the noisy Daitan Courtyard, in the midst of a gated community, there is an unusually calm atmosphere. This is the quiet mountain, Milmila.
People today long for warm and sincere contact. The essence of yoga is to seek to enter a state of inner peace of the human mind by controlling the mind and restraining movements. It helps to coordinate the body by reading about human energy, heals the physical, mental, emotional problems and wounds associated with modern society through intuitive communication, and improves the quality of life by healing and restoring healthy relationships.
