Located in Raffles in Singapore, a new restaurant by renowned chef Jereme Leung, designed by Chinese architecture and interior design firm Aedas Interiors, reflects the Chinese creation myth Pangu, which is a fitting reference to Liang's innovation of classic Chinese cuisine. The complex space is undeniably modern, but there is a hint of layering in the details.
