Maido Sushi Restaurant Designed by Child Studio       A modern Japanese restaurant in London's famous St John's Wood has been transformed from a London post office by local design team Child Studio. The late modernist architecture provided a rich source of inspiration for the designers, and the interior design was a subtle blend of European and Japanese design influences. "Our aim was to rediscover and celebrate the unique history of the building and community" -- commented Child Studio founders Alexy Kos and Che Huang. "The Post Office was built in the 1960s and our design pays tribute to the modernist heritage of London from that era."Maido Sushi Restaurant Designed by Child StudioMaido Sushi Restaurant Designed by Child StudioMaido Sushi Restaurant Designed by Child StudioMaido Sushi Restaurant Designed by Child StudioMaido Sushi Restaurant Designed by Child StudioMaido Sushi Restaurant Designed by Child StudioMaido Sushi Restaurant Designed by Child StudioMaido Sushi Restaurant Designed by Child StudioMaido Sushi Restaurant Designed by Child StudioMaido Sushi Restaurant Designed by Child StudioMaido Sushi Restaurant Designed by Child StudioMaido Sushi Restaurant Designed by Child StudioMaido Sushi Restaurant Designed by Child StudioMaido Sushi Restaurant Designed by Child StudioMaido Sushi Restaurant Designed by Child StudioMaido Sushi Restaurant Designed by Child StudioMaido Sushi Restaurant Designed by Child StudioMaido Sushi Restaurant Designed by Child Studio
