This modern private residence occupying 550 square metres is located near Moscow, Russia.Evgenia Evinzon have changed the roof, the number of floors of the house, the exterior facades and their decoration, as well as added an elevator and made a complete redevelopment of the house.
The interior design was inspired by modern classics. The clients are very fond of the classic approach to decoration, but since this house was intended for a temporary stay, it was decided to fill it with modern art and exclusive elements in the design of the premises. Evgenia Evinzon wanted to create an individual and at the same time harmonious space where one could relax and spend a pleasant weekend.
The house has three floors. On the first one, there is an entrance area, a living room, a kitchen, and a terrace, which was supposed to be used as a dining room, as well as a guest bedroom, a bathroom, and a guest bathroom.On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as an office and a small living room. A utility room was made on the attic floor.
In the decoration,Evgenia Evinzon focused on natural and environmentally friendly materials.Marble and granite were used in the project. As well as the veneer of different types of wood, with an emphasis on the chocolate brown color range. The main colors in the interior are light and neutral, bright accents only appear in the decoration. The house has a "smart home" system, thanks to which one can control the lighting, the music center, and the opening of the curtains from a phone.
In architecture, Evgenia Evinzon tried to focus on symmetry and build rooms along classical axes. High door portals are finished with natural stone. The living room has a modern fireplace made to order according to they sketches from a rare type of granite. In the decor, Evgenia Evinzon decided to resort to the “less is more” principle and only emphasize and add some mood through a small number of eye-catching elements.
For the office, the customers already had a wonderful vintage floor lamp from Baker, and it made a perfect fit.Armchairs and chairs are mostly Italian vintage from the 1970s, which Evgenia Evinzon have carefully restored.Also used items from local designers and no-name items brought back by customers from their travels.This is how comfort and exclusivity in the environment were achieved.As a result, each room turned out to have its own atmosphere and character, which makes the space lively and interesting.
