Febrero Studio designed the offices of Tresmares Capital, housed in an old building, after a redesign whose layout interweaves the remaining space of the private capital firm's Madrid office with modern functionality.
This is the headquarters of Tresmares Capital, a financial services provider specializing in high-growth smes. The final layout considers more than 50% of the space as a reception, work cafe, collaboration space or meeting room.
In terms of materials, Febrero Studio tried to maintain a balance between "serious" materials and red, using garnet as a unifying element throughout the space in this project.
