Fran Silvestre has completed a spectacular villa in Spain, Sotogrande House, located in front of the Sotogrande Golf course. A large cantilever blocks cadiz's strong sun rays and avoids heavy rainfall in the Grazalema mountain region.

Deep inside, a wooden main body provides privacy and warmth for the room. As a result, four limitations emerge: the plan, the shadows, the glass that allows the interior climate to change, and finally the wood.

From natural stone floors to wooden ceilings, all the materials in the house have the same warm tone. The roof and ground floor planes are displaced to create covered pathways and an endless swimming pool on the golf course. Finally, the main goal is to minimize the impact on the environment so that people can enjoy the shadow of Sotogrande.
