Conceptualized by the boutique design studio Hot Design Folks, this culinary destination marries the simplicity of open wood fire cooking with an array of flavors that tantalize the senses, paying homage to elemental culinary artistry. From serene, greenery-laden terraces to dynamic show kitchens, each meticulously designed space within the restaurant serves as a canvas for culinary expression, promising a multi-sensory dining journey.

At the heart of the restaurant's sophisticated design lies a grand floor-to-ceiling dry-aging showcase and wine display, meticulously crafted to reflect the studio's dedication to both functionality and narrative-driven environments. The main dining area, centered around an open fire, immerses guests in culinary theatrics amidst warm timber and patinated zinc accents reminiscent of Asado grilling. Additionally, a semi-private dining space veiled by a metal mesh curtain offers an intimate ambiance, complemented by bespoke leather art from Bali and unique brass metal pendant lights by Paola Navone. Outside, a retractable canopy amidst lush planters sets the stage for authentic al fresco dining experiences inspired by the Asado tradition.

Drawing inspiration from Argentina's robust Quebracho Tree, known for fueling Asado wood-fired ovens, the interior design weaves a rich tapestry of earthy tones and textures. The walls, finished in a special 'rammed earth' texture crafted by Clayworks, London, evoke the rings and palette of the Quebracho tree, enveloping the space in tactile warmth.
