Tru3 Yoga Studio in the Arab state of Kuwait, designed by local interior design studio ITG Interiors. The design team created a comfortable yoga practice space by opening up a four-family space on the ground floor of the residential building and integrating it into a whole. Tru3 Yoga Studio was designed to be an ideal haven for people to relax from their busy daily lives.
ITG Interiors presents integral design concepts based on design principles of Japanese space, creating a compact yoga space with minimal material tones. The mood of Japanese slow life and the life concept of Ikigai (a combination of the Japanese words Ikiru: the desire to survive and Kai: the realization of one's desire, which can be understood as "the true meaning of life" or "the search for truth and happiness") are throughout the design. Inspired by the curvaceous shape of the human body shown in yoga, the architects incorporated three soul elements into the design concept: spirit, body and spirit.
ITG Interiors incorporate three elements of mind, body and soul into the design concept. The interior space is divided into several areas to meet the spiritual, physical and spiritual needs, such as the teahouse, which represents the spiritual space. Designed to meet people's social needs, the teahouse is inspired by traditional Japanese teahouses with low tables and chairs. The sun room represents the body space and is the largest space in the yoga studio.
