His design complements its pristine natural setting, the property epitomises Aman’s devotion to detail while embodying the renowned thoughtfulness of Japanese hospitality. The architectural concept was deliberately contemporary, with subtle references to traditional design motifs of Hokkaido’s indigenous people, the Ainu.

Ownership offers a private retreat in which to reconnect with nature and rediscover peace of mind, with unlimited access to the best of Hokkaido’s seasonal experiences and outdoor activities.
Within the community, lies the luxuries of the Aman Niseko destination wellness retreat. The gracious main pavilion houses a living room, two restaurants and a private dining room, Sake bar, wine cellar, whiskey and cigar lounge, library, ski retail area, ski lockers, a boutique and a gallery.
The Tea Room will be a tranquil oasis within the spa sanctuary. Claiming beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, it will serve as a place of peaceful time out as well as a relaxed gathering point ideal for private functions.
Every Aman is a sanctuary offering peace, harmony and a profound sense of belonging. In Niseko, the Aman Spa will be the property’s inner sanctum, where residents and guests can reconnect with nature while healing, strengthening and rejuvenating body and mind.
