Kanzan is a single-family house nestled in the hills designed by siblings David and Suzie Lucas of Lucas Interior. Guided by the Japanese word for "neighboring mountain," the clean, modern house Kanzan is set against a rugged, natural backdrop. Many custom-made items were used to decorate the house, including fiber-optic paper chandeliers and traditional tatami rooms.
The large area of glass window makes the light into the room perfectly, the mountain view comes into view, blurring the relationship between inside and outside, and the feeling of nature fills the whole body. As the "heart" of a home, the living room can best reflect the characteristics of the owner. The depth and shallow collocation of woodiness material inside the sitting room makes a person feel comfortable, brunet sofa comes out in the background contrast of by light color, appear a few minutes grave. Murals make the space full of elegant, artistic feeling.
