This is a minimalist 1970s family home designed by Marmol Radziner and Chroma. The design details exist in a lot of medieval chic, the living room has a big red sofa, the window is a big tree.
The studio breathed new life into the ranch house by adding skylights, breaking the inherent Spaces to improve the fluidity of the structure, and finishing the renovation in their signature warm modernist style. The house became brighter and more connected, a more thoughtful and inspired version of the typical medieval house.
Marmol Radziner has a reputation for innovative design and precision in the application of building standards. The traditional role of "master architect" is adopted to combine various design services with construction capabilities. Ron Radziner, as the company's head of design, led the design of each project. To provide unique architectural features for the developed solutions and to establish a strong connection between the internal and external Spaces.
