One Sydney Park

Residential Sydney 2020-09-29

One Sydney Park is one of Australia's most inspiring development projects and it proves that the future of residential design is greener than ever! It is a very real project: a bold new project that avoids the conventions of modern residential towers, avoids trends, and replaces it with timeless and elegant architecture.Over the past two decades, the land in Sydney Park has been transformed from its previous post-industrial history and waste disposal to 44 hectares of park land, which is a vital asset for the growing community in the southern suburbs of Sydney. One Sydney Park is located in the 44 hectares of green parks and wetlands in Sydney's inner west, which is the new gold standard (or more precisely the green standard) in residential development. Upon completion in 2021, it will deliver 400 apartments and terraces intertwined with community spaces, retail stores and landscaping belts. Dr. Adrian Liu, managing director of the developer HPG, said: "This is a unique thing that people have never seen before... It may be the first of its kind."
One Sydney Park has some undeniable special features. It combines the best elements of inner city and country life. In 2016, One Sydney Park won the Australian Urban Design Award in the "Delivered Achievements-Large Scale" category, which affirmed the park's outstanding landscape design and pioneering use of urban design. Residents of One Sydney Park will enjoy the unique beauty and biodiversity of the park, while enjoying all the benefits of urban life: an 11-minute train ride to the city, admire stunning public art and architecture, and close proximity to some of Sydney The most exciting local cultural and creative center.
The development will include 1,300 square meters of mixed-use retail and will include approximately 400 apartments in eight six-story buildings. The residences will include studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom, two- and three-bedroom apartments, penthouses, and unique townhouses with private internal access. The Central Sydney Planning Commission selected local Sydney architects MHN Design Union (MHNDU) and Silvester Fuller (Silvester Fuller) to design the appearance of the project, and the landscape design elements were designed by AILA NSW Landscape Architecture Award winner Su Ba Sue Barnsley Design is responsible. Apsara Collective and Darkhorse Architecture have joined forces to create a variety of facilities, including a leisure center swimming pool, sauna, steam room and children’s pool, as well as a Resident Clubhouse with high-quality styling and sundries, including a large leisure lounge, bar and Multifunctional venue space. It also cooperates with London-based Make Architects, which will provide world-class interior design for apartments and public spaces.
