A French couple working in the fashion industry bought one of the apartments as an alternative to a beach house. The couple decided to commission their Tel Aviv apartment from Pierre Yovanovitch, who had previously designed an apartment for them in Paris, and it didn't fail. The designer used 200 metres of space to create a new type of house, which he called a 'modern beach house'.

After the redevelopment, the apartment has two bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), dressing rooms, kitchen and living room, with beautiful ocean views. But the best point of species is on the open terrace, so the sea looks as far as the eye can see. Pierre Yovanovitch used his favourite natural materials for the decoration: marble, glass, steel, ceramics, wool and linen. The floors of all the rooms, including the terrace, are grey stone, and the walls of the 16-metre-long corridor leading to the living room are decorated with travertine in terra-cotta - the colour of the Israeli desert and mountains.

The apartment is designed to feel as free and relaxed as possible. Isn't that why they came to the sea? The room was spacious and felt the sea breeze blow over it. Pierre Yovanovitch collects fine works from Scandinavian, French and American designers from the 1930s to 1950s, and adds his own custom-made designs to the art studio. They also give the city's apartments "the beach" : three blue ceramic watches and the color of sand, two armchairs shaped as if they were made of clay, and a round sofa carved with chestnut wood that looks like two drops of water on the beach. The painting was completed by a wicker seat socket with a ladder and circular Windows in the direction of the dining room, an ideal vantage point to enjoy lunch while enjoying an ocean view.
