A residence elegantly distinctive, where one can find comfort and solace amidst the hustle and bustle of a dynamic, thriving metropolitan！--Soo K. Chan
Arzuria is Jakarta's most luxurious high-rise residential project in recent years, strategically located near the central business district of Jakarta. The ideal location, the lively space and the fantastic blend of well-planned facilities are a modern urban design apartment that transcends time. The property has 214 unique residences with 39 floors, two wings-shaped buildings close to each other, and clear structural details and architectural elements show the inherent beauty of natural materials. Designed by award-winning architect Soo K. Chan, it is known for its stylish and modern architecture. Designed to create a quiet and peaceful sanctuary through space, light and structural order, SCDA's consistent design philosophy.。
Arzuria's elaborate man-made landscape, lush greenery and water features make for a natural transition from a noisy city to a quiet home. The cleverly landscaped landscape further weakens the boundaries between indoor and outdoor, allowing residents to enjoy the sensory experience of natural elements. Other facilities include a sky terrace with a swimming pool where residents can enjoy the sunset over the Jakarta skyline. SCDA's warm, understated modern interior design presents a livable, elegant, serene space filled with natural light. Create a comfortable and luxurious urban life.
The design of the Arzuria Sales Center reflects the major development of residential projects with clear lines and sculpted forms. It has an exhibition space and sales office, as well as two fully furnished model rooms, two floors connected by a black steel staircase inspired by origami. The façade design of the building is also a circle, and the main entrance wall on the east side is folded inwardly to be more artistic and also has a guiding design. The aluminum mesh on the south wall is used to filter the intense tropical sunlight. The two-story high-rise glass curtain wall in the north is wrapped with the wooden frame of the main entrance, which highlights the texture of the material.
