In collaboration with Mr. MITCHELL's interior design, the apartment has been completely redesigned and envisioned as a 6-star hotel. Located in an idyllic location on Melbourne's harbor docks, the building has extensive city views to the north and extensive water views to the south. Brimming with natural light and located on the 8th floor, the property has the feel of a relaxing oceanfront luxury loft.

The main purpose of the design was to create a sense of space and timeless elegance, optimizing the picturesque views. In the redesigned apartment layout, reducing the rural area, maximizing storage space and ensuring function were key considerations. The intricate interior details transform the apartment into a hotel-like environment, layered with custom curved slatted joinery and rich textured materials.
