Emil Nakijin Hotel, a minimalist luxury Hotel located in Nakijin, Okinawa, Japan, was designed by local architecture and interior design studio Shinichi Ogawa Associates. The five-room Emil Nakijin Hotel is located 160 meters above sea level, overlooking Okinawa's natural landscape. Located above the north-facing cliff, the endless nature unfolds below, with a panoramic view of the East China Sea
       According to the layout, the road leads to the south of the hotel, where each guest room overlooks the north facing cliff. The interior of each guest room consists of a bed space, living space and a shower. The exterior of each room consists of an open-air bathroom, a terrace and an infinity pool. The interior and exterior are connected through large custom stainless steel sliding glass doors.
       Enter the guest rooms from the footpath on the south side of the hotel, and the breathtaking nature unfolds before you. Open the glass door, seamlessly connect the inside, the outside, nature and the ocean, and the sense of freedom overwhelms you. On the other hand, the south side of the hotel presents a large facade with no openings. The walkway to the guest room is a space that allows only light to enter from the courtyard and is intended to create a contrast with the guest room.
