The start of the project was to newly interpret the brand's core value(eco-friendly). Excluding one-dimensional ideas such as using eco-friendly materials, the key concept was derived as 'basic unit' by considering that all artifacts are anti-environmental. The materials of the space and its processing were minimized, and the sculpture is also designed in its most basic form.
The main materials were 60 thousands of cement bricks and wood with minimal processing. Bricks were made of river sand to increase density, and as a result, they greatly contributed to the perfection of the space. Metals that acted as lubricants throughout the space were thick flat iron with minimal processing.
We concisely designed the complex structure of the existing building, which had been renovated several times, to unify the language of the space. In particular, the facade was arranged in a consistent and concise manner by adding a new layer in front of the existing irregular shape, to give a solid and balanced impression.
