The access with two large blinds on the facade results in a contained entrance that seeks to prepare the user for an experience of spaciousness and life by opening up in common spaces through trees, vegetation and the delicate use of light.

The users, a young couple, were looking for a home that would allow them to enjoy their privacy while being open and social, which is why the main challenge was to find an introspective solution . V Taller opted for a blind façade loaded with a large exposed concrete beam, which welcomes you and opens to the interior. This constructive element almost inadvertently becomes a key element, since it is evident both inside and around its surrounding perimeter. The social area is resolved in an open plan that opens completely to the outside and allows both light and vegetation to permeate, resulting in an interior social area that gradually dilutes to the outside.

The night area is developed on the second floor, which, in stark contrast, is gradually disconnected from the social area by means of a patio at the landing of the stairs, always recalling the exterior, but with an intimate tint. The first level welcomes people with a soft overhead light that allows people to understand the change in atmosphere along with the finishing touch of vegetation at the end of the corridor. All the rooms seek a punctual connection with a green mass through simple openings that provide light and atmosphere, without compromising the privacy of the user.
