Residence SVP is a minimalist apartment in Oudenaarde, Belgium designed by Ville Design. The house is characterized by neutral tones and natural materials, namely oak floors combined with linen curtains, natural stone and custom furniture. Some notable pieces include the Edifice Lamp by Elisa Uberti and the "The Line" table designed by Nathalie Deboel.

The natural stone was chosen together with the customer in Hullebusch's studio, after which the tones of the rest of the interior were tuned in order to achieve the perfect unity. Adjacent to the kitchen, we have chosen to have a custom walk-in wine cabinet built as the customer is a wine lover and in this way they can enjoy a wine at the perfect temperature. The accents of walnut were also continued in this way, with accents in the vintage chairs around the dining table and the Miyazaki bar chairs on the kitchen island.

The high cupboard wall in which the appliances are incorporated was kept neutral, so that all attention went to the kitchen island, which is a combination of tadelakt with brass on one side and natural stone on the other. The client Angelique Segaert has her own Design Agency where she distributes high-end objects and unique pieces. Naturally, she also ensured the ultimate perfect coherence between the interior design and the decoration of this apartment. Art is also one of her passions and the final works on display in the apartment were carefully selected by her.

Ville Design’s goal is to ensure that upon completion of a project, the client can fully enjoy an interior that is at the same time sober and warm, fully tailored to their daily life. And the studio thinks that this residence is the perfect example for that.
