No matter the proportions, the design team always find a clever way to maximise space – whether it’s repeated archways to give depth, columns to maximise height or framing to lead the eye and accentuate focal points. Spaces are orderly and take stylistic cues from the Art Deco era, with a symmetric and geometric approach to space planning, materiality and furnishings. Palettes are often soothingly neutral, characterised by layers of serene textures and natural stones and timbers.
