Britt Moran and Emiliano Salci were Americans and Italians, respectively, and their first encounter was a hotel design project in Shanghai that gave rise to an artistic resonance. Emiliano's focus on the arts, and Britt Moran's more business-oriented, duality is the basis for their balance.

In 2003, Dimore Studio was founded by Britt Moran and Emiliano Salci. Emiliano Salci is Creative Director, while Britt Moran is Executive Director. In addition to constant interaction and exchange of opinions, there is deep common ground among them.
