Nina Maya Interiors is an Australian contemporary interior design company, known for its tailor-made exquisite spaces and rigorous design methods, focusing on beautiful custom residential and commercial interior design.
The founder, Nina Maya Skrzynsk, is an Australian fashion designer. After completing a textile degree at the prestigious Sydney College of Art, she went to London to start her career and interned in a leading textile film. After the internship, Nina moved to Italy to work for a luxury fashion company, where she was asked to design her own collections, which were then sold by the Australian department store David Jones.
With the skills learned from overseas work, Nina returned to Australia in 2006 and launched her eponymous women's brand "Nina Maya" in 2006. The fashion brand adheres to a design philosophy that opposes modern fashion trends, rather than focusing on sustainable development by creating high-quality investment projects that transcend the seasons. Nina hopes to push the boundaries of her design and her unique design aesthetics. When traveling in 2011, Nina's enthusiasm shifted from fashion to interior design, and then Nina Maya Interiors was born.
Nina Maya likes fashion design and likes to apply her creativity, colors and prints to larger canvases. She describes her style as modern, vibrant and colorful. She likes to use strong colors to create an element of surprise in each of her custom interiors.
