To create more valuable space experience is our constant insistence.

Ynterview

Yinji: Young designers are the mainstay of design in the circle. How did you start your design path? What do you want for your future?
Huang: Like many of my peers, design dreams have taken root in the open and inclusive city of design. Founded in Shenzhen, One Party design brings together a group of designers with international vision and rich experience in project research and development. Like this city, we are young and creative. As for the future, I hope to face each project humbly, make more design thinking in the state of exploration, and create infinite possibilities.

Yinji: Who are your favorite design masters? How did he influence your design?
Huang: Louis Kahn and Jeffrey Bawa; They bring me more awe for the project and exploration of the essence of design.

Yinji: With more than ten years of research experience in real estate projects, what are your expectations in the field of real estate design? Has the epidemic affected real estate projects?
Huang: The real estate industry has experienced a bonus period in the past few years. The industry gradually returns to the focus on quality and service from the pace of rapid turnover. Similarly, under the impact of the epidemic, customers will pay more attention to the real value of the product itself and the sustainable development of the operation.

Yinji: You led the team to continuously develop high-end residential aesthetics and promote product iteration and upgrade. What do you think of design iteration? And how did you do it?
Huang: The iterative upgrade of the product is the designer's responsibility to innovate, not to copy the template style. We prefer to go back to the unique properties of the project to do more design thinking, starting from the location, customer group, product line, site conditions, etc., to explore the value of products and projects, and create valuable space experience for customers.

Yinji: July and August are special days. Do you have any advice for students who are about to embark on a career in design?
Huang: Designer is a profession of "helpless pain" and happiness. We need to first establish our own belief in design and gradually establish our own design thinking system through project experience, so as to find the happiness and value recognition brought by design.
