Extending the "Hands of labour" concept from its interiors to bespoke furniture and art creates a cohesive and immersive interior design that complements and heightens the unique culinary experience at Potager.

The lush green cover melts away as guests arrives at the porte cochere to be welcomed with a composed maître d lobby that frames the inner court, whilst an elegant dried installation punctuates the arrival to compliment the iconic reception with flanking elevations of soft curves.

Moving along Potager's corridor encircling the landscape courtyard, diners are invited to enjoy an aperitif at Oeno. The warm and inviting wine room is adorned with timber notes, hand woven wall coverings, and curated artwork.

The main restaurant Potager takes centre stage as guests dine with warm ambient light glowing against artisanal bespoke finishes, light timber notes, louvered panels and understated filigree. The show kitchen is a collection of intimate gentle marble counters where diners can appreciate the chefs in action moving gracefully in an almost monastically simple yet luxe interior. Marble, timber, terrazzo being mediums orchestrated carefully to juxtapose against the views of the exterior and the feature wall sculpture fashioned from pineapple fibres.
