By Architecture is an architecture studio based in South Korea. They focus on the connection between people and nature, the story of the site, the atmosphere of the space, and the sustainability of the architecture and materials. They bring their unseen values to the eyes of people in the form of visible architecture and space. 

"Tekasa" is a private home based on the relationship and sensibility of nature and architectural space that the client experienced when he lived in Southeast Asia asa child. It is a direct reflection of his daily life with his companion dog "Latte".

By the comprehensive consideration of Architecture, the house, garage, wall and nature are organically coordinated on the limited scale of the land, making Casa De Tte a real urban center type residence.
