VH Apartments are located in Spain, within a typical 18th-century colonial Madrid neighborhood. Febrero Studio renovated the 200-square-meter apartment to make it a warm, well-proportioned living area.
The design team overhauled the layout, resulting in an urban home with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The soft, spacious Spaces in the house feel as if they are spilling over. Herringbone bleached oak parquetry decorates the kitchen and dining area, and the rounded backbone of the two stainless steel units provides additional storage while exhaling a modern, almost futuristic feel.
Bright and saturated colors match well with personalized materials, and modern and delicate design integrates bold creativity to build a balance in design aesthetics.
