The new Forte Forte boutique in Cannes is a mineral box illuminated with reflections from the ocean. The spatial language of Forte Forte, derived from a dialogue between Robert Vattilana and Giada Forte, is a subtle opposition of various elements, a multisensory balance of components: The identity of the material, volume, place, means that the local character and genius Loci, the narrative that comes together is always unique.

Located at 27 Rue Andre, a short walk from La Croisette street, The Cannes Boutique sits in a linear, minimalist corner building soaking up the bright glow of the sunny holiday atmosphere of Cote d 'Azur. Three Windows open outwards and pass through like a shelter, creating transparency and permeability between interior and exterior, furniture and environment.

The entrance is around the corner, cut off from natural light, and it advances in the modulation of a single material, expanding in its tactile possibilities and rainbow hues. In fact, the space is conceived as a box of mineral colours and ocean transparency: a collection of light grey concrete plinths, surrounded by a white stone that looks like bright salt crystals and deep jade green crystals.

The floor is cut from this composite stone, as are the full-height walls, where vertically milled lines give the white stone a special sheen. The single cash desk with brass drawers is also made of this composite stone. The display area is wrapped in a full-height white curtain that partially covers shop Windows. Brass hangers and organic-shaped mirrors are the shiny metal ICONS of the space.
