Comporta 10 House, a natural landscape residence in the traditional Portuguese countryside of Comporta, was designed by local architecture firm Fragmentos. Surrounded by pine forests, the building sits on a gentle slope that benefits sunlight and maintains a connection to the southern landscape. The building form also draws on the traditional Comporta style, allowing all of the area's architectural heritage to be skillfully combined and embedded in this contemporary approach.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are continuous, with large structural spans and sliding glass doors that enhance the feeling of being outside. Five bedrooms and bathrooms can be found on the right core and are defined by the creation of Spaces and courtyards, each with its own private space. On the outside of the building, the natural landscape and white sand dunes form the central character of the building.
