Renowned Spanish designer Francesc Rifé, influenced by minimalism, based on the design concept of exploring spatial order and geometric proportion, follows the traditional craft and provides special attraction for high-quality materials.
Adhering to his unique design style, Francesc Rife designed R Apartment on the ground floor of La Finca Roja, an important building in Valencia, and adopted some of the building's most distinctive features, such as red brick and various Mosaic tiles that shape the floor.
In the first part, Francesc Rife's work was to preserve the original nature of the space and secondly, dyed black poplar wood unfolds in the interior space as a discontinuous neutral material. The fairness of the color suggests that any historical evidence is noteworthy, whether it's the tiles covering the fireplace, or the ceiling.
