"SHANMU" is situated in the mountain city Chongqing, just as one of its rustic mountain abodes. The character "MU" is chosen to convey the restaurant's commitment of pure and natural ingredients, just as the space design intertwines seamlessly with the dining philosophy.

The design of the entrance likes a cover of a book, which infuses the word " SHANMU " with a profound sense of emotion and atmosphere. The materials uses secret black-charred fir wood and wave boards, this two contrasting textures mix together,which hidden and abstruse and creates a dignified character to the entrance, there by harmonizing with the natural scenery of the mountain city Chongqing.

The entire interior space is divided into three main areas: the dining area, private dining rooms, and the kitchen area. Each section embodies a unique atmosphere, blending comfort, privacy, and the art of culinary art.

Mountain

Rolling mountains, a magnificent panorama unfolds before our eyes. 

At the top of the dining area, the vermillion fabric undulates, which recreats the hillocks of a pasture, quietly containing the rhythmic power of the natural world.
