Drawing inspiration from Soviet glass cafes, American diners, and the elegant Mid-century modern style, our goal is to evoke a sense of pleasant nostalgia in older generations while sparking curiosity about the past in younger visitors.

The café's interior invites reflection on the possibilities of the modern world and the uniqueness of every moment. The pendant lamps, reminiscent of childhood kaleidoscopes, capture the fleeting beauty of each instant. Dichroic film elements create emotional reflections, gently moving with the air currents, while overhead lights accentuate the tables, adding to the ambiance. These kaleidoscope-inspired elements are visible from the street, catching the eye of passers-by. The intimate two-person tables are equipped with integrated lamps, and the sconces and floor lamps feature glass shades that echo the designs of the era.

A vibrant panel, inspired by the mosaics of Soviet muralist Alexander Deineka, infuses the space with optimism. The light accent on the airplane motif reinforces feelings of flight and bright dreams. Polished details, small mosaic tiles with a scratched finish on columns, glass blocks, a sideboard, and other retro-inspired touches reinterpret the decorating techniques of Soviet spaces. Wall panels made of oak veneer with an unusual grain pattern resemble the texture of Karelian birch, a material found in Soviet interiors, often used in plywood or high-status items from the Stalinist Empire or Mid-century modern designs.

The café's serene palette of earthy tones is complemented by subtle blue accents, a nod to the popular color schemes of Soviet interiors.
