Labotory wanted to express the brand image of The Ilma clothing store through the energetic space. Ilma is Finnish for weather, air. As the client required each store to have its own concept and atmosphere, the focus was on visually revealing the spatial characteristics of the Qingtan store when designing the space.
Based on the works of erichtsky, a constructivist writer, Labotory reflects Irmaki's identity in modernism in space. The overlapping arrangement of geometric shapes and texture contrast seems to make the space more three-dimensional and make the logo clearer.
This more vivid space is decorated with columns of rough stone, clear glass and solid white oak. The shape of the exterior walls is round and straight, giving it an abstract and dynamic feel. The texture representation of the texture from ceiling to wall and the texture finish of the concrete hardener from floor to wall are connected and embraced. This focuses attention on the person and gives the space a sense of warmth and warmth. In each sequence, elements such as circles, cubes, lines and surfaces overlap on walls, columns, hangers, furniture and shelves, thus adding interest and rhythm to the space.
Labotory wanted to represent the showroom as a confined, static and deep space. The contrast of textures, the form of the space and the placement and use of geometric elements aim to convey this unique experience.
