Situated in a historic enclave between the famous Hollywood Bowl and Runyon Canyon, Outpost Estates was founded in the 1920s and is an ideal hideaway for movie stars. While the Castillian house was built in the 1980s, it does not have a strong Spanish style compared to the neighboring homes. The designers took inspiration from their journey and designed some unexpected details for them.

A grand entrance with a double-sided fireplace and vaulted ceilings leads to a step-down living area and is surrounded by an open kitchen with curated custom details including a La Cornue range and breakfast nook with built-in seating overlooking the canyon. Large windows flooded with light give this top level a feeling of openness and tranquility.

The downstairs level offers three en-suite bedrooms including a classic and timeless primary suite with cozy and romantic elements. Luxurious primary bathroom with custom marble vanities, sauna, grand shower, soaking tub and two walk-in closets. All lower level spaces lead to the front courtyard with a newly designed patio space for entertaining, outdoor kitchen, gas fire pit, lush landscaping, garden shower and an oversized cedar soaking tub.
