Casa Wander is a space for exploration and learning developed in 400m2, aimed at leaders who live in an accelerated society and kidnapped by the belief that there is no time to think. The client fundamentally asked us for a "house" and all that goes with the concept of "house" which is very broad and complex. They wanted a space where people would feel free and where the spaces would be multipurpose and above all inspiring. A balanced place but with personality capable of generating an emotional impact on those who visit it.
Our starting point to work on something very creative was precisely the multidisciplinary approach that Wanderbeing has, and we remembered masters like Bofill or Le Corbusier. They were cultural agitators, thinkers, and with their buildings they crossed the frontiers of architecture. Le Corbusier, for his part, believed that the aim of architecture is to generate beauty and that this should have an impact on the way of life of the occupants of the buildings themselves.
That is why we left the skin of the rooms quite bare, preserving the original moldings but playing with elements such as the arches of the entrance or the furniture in the kitchen that lead us to the game of creativity and beauty. "Casa Wander" is a space that will highlight values connected with human nature such as the search for beauty and with the spirit of the project, a careful and delicate learning. It will reflect a return to the natural, hence the materials and colour tones chosen.
