The Malin, a network of work-focused members clubs, has opened in the South Gulch neighborhood of Nashville, marking their second location in the city following The Malin Wedgewood Houston (opened December 2023). The Malin South Gulch will be the sole membership-based workspace provider in Paseo South Gulch, an upscale, live-work-play-stay neighborhood developed by leading Nashville-based real estate investment and development firm SomeraRoad. 

Set in the heart of The Gulch, Paseo South Gulch offers office, retail, residential, and community gathering spaces, ultimately providing tenants and residents the conveniences of a 15-minute city. The Malin contributes a modern, high-end approach to the workplace that ensures community professionals have an amenitized third space where their businesses can thrive, whether that be as individual practitioners or within small teams.

The 12,000 sq.  ft. club accommodates 58 dedicated desks, seven private offices, five meeting rooms, 10 phone booths, a library and a kitchen. From hand-crafted furnishings to tech-powered meeting rooms, The Malin South Gulch offers both form and function.

The South Gulch location marks the first time the hospitality brand has enlisted an exterior design firm to reimagine what their clubs might look like.  Dublin-based interiors firm Róisín Lafferty brings a fresh perspective to The Malin’s distinct design language, honoring the vibrancy of Music City, and harnessing the energy of the young neighborhood.  This project is Róisín Lafferty’s first in the United States.
