In Foster + Partners' iconic South Beach oceanfront condominium development, Shelton Mindel combined two units to create a complex with views from Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami to the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The interior is combined with the exterior, where it opens to the full curve of the exposed waterfront and large balconies.
