To feel the light, you have to get dark. It is a secret collaboration between spatial conception and light - cloudy, gentle, sincere, and at the same time full of unpredictable mystery. As with the chaotic nature of the universe, the design of a 140-square-square-foot house initially had no clear clues. So, I use dark and light here as a creative motive - a way of understanding design and seeing the world.

Without too much embellishment, using only light, you can create a subtle dialogue with the spatial environment. Shadows, spatial relations, texture and other details have an almost natural presentation, light and dark like air invisibly walk on all planes and facades, between gaps, rustic to the point of disappearing. At the same time, it is bright and bright. Through people's observation and experience, the subtle feelings brought by light penetrate into the depth of perception and consciousness.

Space seems to stand in the opposite of romanticism, and romantic.

Just as the ancestors worshipped the sun, they also need to cherish the shadow with reverence. Light varies slightly at different times of the day, with different temperatures, shades and transparency. Large areas of wood and microcement skin are two different rustic, complex and subtle textures to find a balance between material and light. Light presents complementary shadows on each material, and they penetrate each other and superimpose, as if across the barriers of time and space, stimulating the senses and evoking people's happiness.

The atmosphere of the house should bring peace, where light is used to slow down time. All design becomes a supporting role in the space, and does not make the space. I hope to dissolve the power of the sense of design itself, because I want to explore the emotional relationship between people and space, rather than just what to present. Body and time, body and space, body and material, body and light, body and shape... It can create poetic interaction and communication between light and dark, and the space is no longer just a visual shock."

From a professional point of view, the patchwork and complexity of space itself, represented by these light installations, is a beauty in itself, and light and shade become a language that explains the scale of space and the richness of various creations. The exclusion of other disturbances makes the experience of occupants more pure, and also provides another possibility of habitation.
