This apartment is waiting for Viktoriia Skorobogatko in a new building in Michurinsky Prospekt, Moscow, Russia. Many years ago, the designer designed an interior. The resulting space was loved not only by the immediate client but also by their relative, so much so that the client's relative was commissioned to Viktoriia Skorobogatko to design their future apartment, which was not even planned at the time. Eight years later, they kept their promise. The designer Viktoriia Skorobogatko was an artist but did not become a painter. Instead, upon graduation, she developed a passion for interior design -- and has been doing it for more than a decade.
The 120 square meter apartment is well proportioned, so Viktoriia Skorobogatko didn't have a hard time designing a proper layout. The customers were a smart old couple who wanted two bedrooms and a spacious living room that combined dining, kitchen, bathroom, guest bathroom and laundry.
As for style preference, clients want to see a calming classic interior art deco element. "We built an apartment for ourselves, and we didn't need to surprise anyone," the customer said at the beginning of his conversation with the designer. The work took a year and a half, during which the client was very actively involved in all the processes, selecting furniture, fabrics, materials, etc.
The main color of the interior is olive green: customers like green in all its manifestations, so it appears in all the rooms. Viktoriia Skorobogatko said, "I love the olive and the rich natural tones that blend together so well. Red, russet, taupe." As a result, she has a complete understanding of the customer based on their preferences.
