WGNB is a space design studio based in Seoul, South Korea, founded in 2015 by three young founders. They combine inspiration from everyday life with space design, striving to create a new perspective.
With a fresh perspective and flexible thinking, the design studio redefines design boundaries from architecture, interior to product design. With this creative goal in mind, they try to create a new experience by collaborating with different art genres.
They recently completed Summit, a large commercial space project in Seoul, South Korea. When people reach the second floor, the elevator moves up and down, presenting a different image of the whole floor, and they are greeted by a very different atmosphere from the first floor.
Comprised of craft studios, galleries and VIP rooms, the floor is made of wood to keep the living space warm. It is also a means of blurring the image of Summit Apartments. Vertical weeds convey the secret aspiration of each visitor and bring a sense of balance and stability to the space.
