    • Juun J

WGNB has completed Juun J, a coffee shop and clothing store in Seoul, South Korea. Black is the main color of Juun J. And the most beautiful shadow in the invisible being is also black. The whole structure is absorbed into the deep and wide shadows created by the awning. The darkness under the canopy is the shadow of space, but also the black of space. In an attempt to transform black into space, the studio organized the space by hanging a large number of objects or separating them and creating shadows. Except for the white part of the women's dress on the first floor, all the Spaces are composed of different densities of darkness. While the ground floor contrasts with some of the white parts, the clothes here are also hanging in the dark.

    • Chapter One

WGNB has completed Chapter One, a selected store in Seoul, South Korea that sells lifestyle products such as clothing and furniture, such as incense, handmade tea sets and dishes. When we first encountered the site, the huge pillars were clumsily positioned in a narrow, long space. Moreover, the client requested space to accommodate the frequently changing display of products of various sizes. Connecting these problems to solve problems rather than create their own spatial artwork, the designer proposed the spatial concept of creating modular Spaces within. Through custom-designed sliding partitions, the designers created space modules that hide columns and provide different spatial layouts to adapt to changes in product displays.
    • Private Lounge

One: A table of British history lies somewhere in Seoul. But time goes on. Happy times, sad times, the day will pass. Two Little Prince's Little Star: Everyone has a different planet, the little prince's star B612. Marriage: The continuity of marriage is very mysterious. There are short-term destinies, weekly destinies, 10-year destinies and lifetime destinies. Loneliness: the first life of this tall old tree should be a tree with roots, is the life of the forest. Now, start a new life on your own. Five sculptural Spaces: Light will make the table appear, while creating color and texture, it will produce dark density. In this way, the form of light is formed, but it also flattens the object. (Eclipse-themed, the moon feels flat during a golden annular eclipse.)
    • Boon The Shop

The way space is constructed also has a lifespan. The space should have some unique exciting elements to attract the eye. That's why WGNB's lead designer, Jongwhan Baek, introduced two objects that are subtly different from space. Displayed in frames like works of art, slabs of stone and maple trees add warmth to a seemingly cold space. The combination of natural and artificial materials creates a sense of the supernatural. Something that shouldn't be there makes the space look better. The designer searched through the thousands of stone slabs in the stone factory, one by one, and finally chose this one as his favorite. He discovered the beauty of nature that he could not create. It was, as he put it, a "painting of nature".

Rhythmical and vitality of the XYZ Formula’s facade are said to come from the concept of ‘See-through’.
